NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE

COMMISSIONER’S COURT OF THROCKMORTON COUNTY, TEXAS

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Commissioner’s Court will be held on Monday the 28th day of August, 2006 at 9:00 A.M., in the County Courthouse, Throckmorton, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Call meeting to order.

2. Read and approve minutes of previous meeting.

3. Hospital report/ approve hospital bills.

4. Discuss and take any necessary action on setting 2007 Sheriff and Constable fees as

required by Local Government Code 118.131.

5. Discuss and take any necessary action on opening sealed bids to install two

generators that will service TCMH in case of a utility power failure.

6. Budget workshop.

7. Approve and pay bills.

8. Adjourn.
